Anne Dudek
Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actress for over 20 years. She was known to portray Tiffany Wilson, in the comedy film White Chicks Danielle Brooks and Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's House. Her most recognizable role is Tiffany Wilson, in the film White Chicks. Her other roles include television roles such as the role of Dr. Amber Volakis from Fox's House; Danielle Brookson from the network USA Networks Covert Affairs and Lura in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek was born and raised at home in Massachusetts. She went to Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was on stage was in a production called The Iphigenia Cycle. The show was a Broadway production that went off-Broadway and New York City where she received the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was named one of the top ten emerging theater actors to follow in American Theater Magazine. Dudek got roles on TV and also on the big screen. Matthew Heller, the talented actor and mother-of-two behind a camera was her husband for a period of time from 2007 to 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and raised in Newton. In her early life, Dudek was a student at Northwestern University and appeared in several theater productions. Dudek's Broadway debut came in Wrong Mountain on Broadway in 2000. Later, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in recognition of her role as The Glass Menagerie. She then appeared on television initially in The Book Group, a British comedy drama The Book Group. In the meantime, she has guest-starred on several other television shows, such as Desperate Housewives How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs as well as Six Feet Under. In the first episode of Psych the actress appeared as Lucinda and on Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in a relationship with a student. Dudek later got the role as Amber Volakis, one of 40 physicians that Dr. Gregory House was considering to hire permanently as part of his team. This began in the season four of House. The character was on the show throughout the entire year before getting killed off in final episode of the series, Heart and Head. Then, she returned in the show's episode Saviors in Season 5 as the character who was House's hallucination. She continued to appear as this for the rest of the season. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson as well as on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both in regular role. In the year 2010, Dudek became part of the cast on Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks as the daughter of the central character. Other film roles she has played are Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
